Here are some frequently asked questions you may have about the Fab Food Friday offer. If there is something you'd like to know that isn't listed here, please send an e-mail to jon.quipp@wave102.co.uk and we will get back to you.
To purchase a voucher please click the "Buy" button on the Fab Food Friday website. Payment is made through Paypal using a Paypal account or credit/debit card. Paypal is a secure payment system used worldwide. By using Paypal, we do not handle any of your credit card details directly.
You can purchase as many vouchers as you like, providing they have not run out. Why not take the whole family along or everyone from the office!
The voucher makes it clear it's for £50. It's a very nicely designed voucher and is perfect for friends or family as a gift.
Tell your favourite restaurant about ‘Fab Food Friday’, then send us a short email with the contact details (to sales@fabfoodfriday.co.uk ) and the name of your contact. We will be happy to contact the restaurant and then perhaps your favourite restaurant will soon be restaurant of the week.
We aim to send you your voucher within 7 days via recorded post. You can then use it at your favourite restaurant - remember to book in advance so they know you're coming!
The vouchers are valid for SIX months from when purchased - so make sure you get to the restaurant quickly before it runs out!
Your voucher is worth £50. Just show your waiter in the restaurant and they will deduct it from the bill. Unfortunately, no change can be issued, so get eating!
Unfortunatley no - The vouchers sent to you when you order them from our website. You will receive your voucher by post usually within 7 working days of placing your order.
Vouchers can only be used in the restaurant that is specifically promoted by Original 106 or Wave 102. You could ask them to get their other branches involved when you go!
Please check that the confirmation email has not landed in your junk email folder. (It happens!) Alternatively there may have been an error when typing your email address. If so, please email jon.quipp@wave102.co.uk with your full name and when you ordered the voucher and which supplier it was for. We will then check our records and contact you.
